To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Services may be billed as subscriptions, retainers, one-time purchases, or performance-based pricing, as outlined in your order form or agreement.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refunds may be issued only under conditions specified in your agreement.

5. SMS Customer Engagement Program

Our SMS program may provide messages such as confirmations, reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional content (if you opt in).

To cancel, text “STOP” to the sending number. You will receive confirmation of your opt-out.

To rejoin, you must sign up again through the original process.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider.

Our SMS program complies with applicable regulations such as the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).

6. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, resell, or reproduce our platform

Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes

Infringe on our intellectual property or that of others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, designs, and trademarks are the property of HBHI Inc. or its licensors. You may not use our branding without written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may cancel services by following your agreement or contacting support.
We may delete account data after termination.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or interruptions.

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months prior to a claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida,United States. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
